C'est a cause d'une loi anti-jeu d'ici...j'ai deja fait face a ca pour un autre sweepstake a l'exterieur...

Oui j'ai des ami en Ohio,, Mais il sont AMISH je sais pas si il gagne le Cirrus si il voudrais me le donner

C'est du au fait qu'ils devraient négocier avec Quebec pour les droits et ils ne veulent pas embarquer dans ces négociations. Ce qui nèst pas le cas des autres provinces.

Donc ,pensez y meme pas lorsque vous voyez des concours aux states .

Vous ne pourrez pas réclamer votre prix , meme pas le cessna chez sportys.

Quand j`vais revenir au Québec mes enfants vont me demander ''Ont est quoi papa?'' de leur répondre on est Québécois! Mais avant papa on étaient quoi? ..... On`éta' rien....

Remerciez votre bon gouvernement et sa Régie des Courses et Lotteries avec son monopole...

C'est comme les assurances aviation: Plein de choix ailleurs mais pas au Québec. Elle nous coûte cher, cher, la fameuse société distincte...

Michel, le tirage de 2002 a t'il été le dernier ?
Celui qui a gagné le C150 en 2002 est médecin et habite dans les Laurentides, vrai ?
Possède t'il toujours l'avion ? (Il devait m'appartenir.... 311 est pas si mal comme numéro, non ? )

Thank you for your interest in the 2008 EAA Aircraft Sweepstakes. Below is the information I received from our legal department with regard to the restrictions in Quebec:

The concern is that the laws of Quebec contain a unique and very stringent set of requirements for sweepstakes. The great majority of sweepstakes in North America, including those offered by the largest companies, exclude Quebec residents for this reason.

The requirements include an application and license issued by the Province of Quebec, very detailed statements about the sweepstakes rules, security to be deposited with the Quebec Gaming Board, a fee of more than 0.5% of the total selling price of the tickets printed, registration of the sweepstakes rules and advertising for the sweepstakes at least 10 days before the sweepstakes is launched, inability to make any changes in the sweepstakes rules after the sweepstakes is launched, submission to an audit and to any other rules of the Quebec Gaming Board, etc. All of these requirements are unique to Quebec.

These requirements would place a significant time and expense burden on EAA, and the risk of significant penalties if there were an infraction. Therefore, EAA, like most other operators of sweepstakes in North America, reluctantly must exclude residents of Quebec in order to keep its out-of-pocket costs and administration expenses sustainable.
