C'est quoi cet avion ?

J'ai photographié cet avion ce matin à Beloeil (photo pas très claire).
Quelqu'un sait c'est quoi et à quoi sert tout le gréement qu'il y a sur et sous ls ailes?

C'est un Marchetti fait en Italie et modifié avec une turbine. Les gréments sont des senseurs électromagnétiques pour faire du relèvement géophysique.

Selon les données obtenues avec son immatriculation, c'est un Siai-Marchetti, modèle SM1019, année 1979. Immatriculé au nom de Géosphair Aviation Inc.

Ca ressemble beaucoup à un Hawker Seafury mais les proportions ne concordent pas le haut carré de l'empanage non plus. Une modification extrême style Reno Racer

Par contre la proportion moteur, position échappement par rapport à l'aile, longueur du capot, est assez semblable, de même que les couverts de roues et l'angle des roues et de l'aile et la position de l'élévateur relative au fuselage...Donc un Hawker SeaFury hautement modifié pour la course???

"Critical Mass" started life at Hawker-Siddley Aircraft Ltd, Langley, as T Mk. 20S target tug in May, 1958 (ex-German registration D-COTE). Dans le fond si la photo avait été plus grande et qu'on aurait pu lire le nom ça aurait été trop facile. :wink:
